Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Original artworks will ship within one week. Once they are packed up safely, I will bring them straight to FedEx - my main shipping courier. You will then receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date!

Prints are made on a “print-on-demand” model, which ensures you will receive the cleanest and freshest product possible! Once you place your order, my prints are created in a super duper cool print studio in Hamilton’s Cotton Factory, by the oh-so-talented team at SmokeStack Studios. Once your print is ready, I’ll pick it up, package it up, and send it straight to you! I’ll be sure to send you an e-mail confirmation with tracking info and an estimated delivery date.

Do you offer local, curbside pick-up?

Of course! In fact, I welcome this option! If you live in and around the Hamilton, ON, area, please contact me directly (easily done via my “contact” page) and we can arrange for a private sale/pick-up! Once I have received an e-transfer for payment, I will mark your painting as SOLD on my website!

Do you offer international shipping? 

For now, I am charging a flat shipping fee of $40 - for anywhere in the world. I am in the early stages of my business, and am learning each and every day. If I feel that this price needs to be adjusted, I will do so if and when it is necessary. Again, please bare with me as I learn my way through releasing - and shipping - my first collection!

What is your return policy? 

There are no returns on my artwork. Each original is one of a kind, and each print is created just for you, when you are ready for it. Nothing is stock piled or collecting dust!
